The Aquatics Center offers lap swim, open swim and swimming lessons for all ages throughout the summer. The pool is open from May 26 through Labor Day.
WEIGHT HOUSE FITNESS CENTER:
The Weight House Fitness Center features weight and fitness rooms, racquetball courts and an aerobics room. Fitness assessments, personal training, blood pressure screening, body fat analysis, group exercise classes and wellness classes are available. Stop by before work, during lunch or after work to use one of the state-of-the-art cardio machines, play racquetball or take a spinning class.
The Fitness Center hosts a variety of races, tournaments, and leagues that are open to all patrons with access to the base. Sports leagues include:
Fall: Basketball, flag football, soccer and softball
Winter: Basketball and racquetball
Spring: Soccer and softball
Summer: Dodgeball, futsal, and volleyball
