Join us for an invigorating lunchtime bike ride! Take a break from your busy day and enjoy some fresh air and exercise while exploring the beautiful Indian Head Rail Trail! Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just starting out, this ride is perfect for all skill levels.

We'll meet at the Weight House Fitness Center at 11 a.m. sharp and embark on a leisurely ride through scenic routes. The route will be chosen to accommodate all participants and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Don't worry about bringing anything other than your bike and a helmet—just be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and bring along a water bottle to stay hydrated.

This event is open to all with base access, so feel free to invite friends, family, and coworkers to join!
