Community Yard Sale
Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026
Time: 10 a.m.-Noon (Set-up Time: 9-10 a.m.)
Location: Community Recreation Center Parking Lot
Pre-registration is required before Wednesday, August 5. Register at the Community Recreation Center.
Event Fee: $10 per space; maximum of 5 spaces per household. Each space includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs.

Yard Sale Participation Rules
- Transportation of Items: Participants are responsible for transporting their items to and from the event location. Staff will not be available to assist with carrying items. Carts, wagons, or similar equipment will not be provided. Participants should plan accordingly when deciding what items to bring for sale.
- Removal of Unsold Items: Participants are responsible for removing any unsold or unwanted items from the park once the event concludes. Any items left behind will be disposed of.
- Liability: MWR and its staff are not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or discarded items at any time during the event.
- Change Fund: A change fund will not be provided during the event. Participants are required to bring their own funds to make change and break bills.
- Eligibility to Sell: Only individuals selling household goods are permitted to participate. Home-based and commercial businesses are not allowed to sell their products at this event.
- Restrictions on Food and Goods: Participants are not permitted to sell the following items, but not limited to, homemade food, homemade business-related goods, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, ammunition, sexually explicit items, etc. MWR reserves the right to restrict sales and to deny a patron continued participation at the event.
